How hiring works

   Send the form. A resume helps but is not required to start.

   Work-history review and screening

   PMI reviews your work history, and every candidate completes a drug and alcohol test before starting.

3. 03

   Safety orientation

   New hires go through PMI's safe-work orientation before their first job and follow those practices in the field.

Roles we hire for

• Tank Cleaning Technician

  Cleans storage and process tanks with hoses, scrapers, pumps and solvents, working in a respirator in confined spaces, on ladders and scaffolding, as part of a crew.

• Dockside Foreman

  Everything a technician does, plus running the job on the dock: advising the client, planning the work, keeping equipment and time records, and handling customer questions.

• Offshore Supervisor or Project Manager

  At least five years' experience directing shut-in production work, comfortable scoping and bidding projects, travelling, and leading a crew. NORM experience preferred.
